Using Affirmations

Throughout your life, you will have been impacted by both cultural and social conditioning, including other people’s opinions and moral compass, such as parents or teachers.  These have formed your persona.  (Persona – how we represent ourselves to the world, who we are, what we believe).

 

Do you know how they have affected you?  Does what you have been led believe still make sense?   What do you now believe? Who are you now if you strip away this conditioning?

 

The manifestation cards will plant the seeds to help you consider those questions; and when you want to open the door to your emotional triggers and want to be more confident, feel worthy, and to have unconditional love; these cards, using manifestation, affirmations and the setting of intentions will support you.

 

It can be easy to fall back into old habits and behaviours, those that are familiar and comfortable, but often detrimental to you. Reciting or writing affirmations helps to keep your mind focused on your intention; ultimately to be the best and happiest version of yourself.

You will see from the deck when you first read through them, that each card starts with an affirmation. It then goes on to explain what is meant by that affirmation, why you may have chosen it, and what action you should take.

 

Ultimately, you must believe the intention you are setting for it to become a reality. Don’t doubt that it will happen. Have absolute faith regardless of whatever appears to be happening around you, even if it doesn’t make sense, or if it seems to be going wrong, behind the scenes, you are exactly where you are supposed to be.

 

Sometimes other things and people must be moved out of your way to bring in what you have manifested. So, don’t be afraid if people and things leave your life.

Starting from a firm foundation, affirmations that build confidence include: -

 

I am enough! 

I am worthy! 

I am capable! 

I am my priority! 

I love myself!  

I trust myself!

Those helping you give and therefore receive love and compassion include: -

   

I give positive energy! 

I am kind and considerate! 

I am worthy of love!

I have compassion for myself & others!

I feel loved!
